What's the return/exchange policy?


We're sorry, we DO NOT accept any returns unless the item is defective or a mistake was made on our part.


Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing the order.
If you have any questions regards to the products, please feel free to email us before your purchase.

Please notify us before returning the items. We will provide you the returning shipping address.
(*Any orders returned to the original shipping address will delay the processing time.)

All items returned for any reason not mentioned above will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Additionally, reimbursement for items purchased through credit/debit card or Paypal would be assessed a 3% fee.

Exchange will be given with a 15% restocking fee and new shipping fee will apply.

Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or a mistake from our part was made).
We highly recommend using shipping method with tracking service.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.
ITEMS NOT IN NEW CONDITION WILL JUST BE RETURNED TO BUYER.
