EXTRA Eta is mostly a smoothed-out barrel, which leaves a small section of grip for your thumb and a finger.
The goal of EXTRA Eta is to make the release as easy as possible through two factors: The loaded tungsten in the front, and the reverse shark-cuts on the grip section.
This forces all the movement towards the board, and it almost feels like the release is completely automatic.
